I had mixed feelings about my stay at Centurion Hotel Ueno. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the JR station and surrounded by places to eat, but the room size was a dealbreaker for me. Although the staff was friendly and spoke English well, I had issues with room cleanliness and noise that affected my sleep quality.

Centurion Hotel Ueno offers great value for money and is conveniently located near several subway stations and Ueno Park, which was perfect for my cherry blossom viewing. While the room was extremely small, barely accommodating my luggage, the bathroom was surprisingly good with a solid shower. Despite the cramped conditions, the overall experience remained positive due to the friendly staff and abundance of restaurants nearby.
